Meet Lucie
I am a little cheeky, a playful spirit, and I love trees. I believe nature has been one of my greatest teachers and I’m a strong advocate for fun while learning!
At my core, I am called to help humanity transform darkness into light: forging pathways to love. My personal healing journey led me to a deep understanding that the pieces of me I consider dark are limiting my potential to love others and myself fully. My deeply rooted desire for self-love led me to 30 years of research, group and one-on-one facilitated sessions and an exploration of what others might consider tough topics – on the dark side.
Why darkness?
I believe all of us have areas of darkness and what I know for sure is these are ways we withhold love from ourselves. I now know that self-love includes embracing and loving all those ways in which I show up, act, and speak that I regret or judge to be ‘bad’. I was safely storing those experiences in my memory bank, what I refer to as my basement, hoping they would quietly turn to dust and disappear. And somehow, they kept finding the elevator to enter my life anew. Seeking and developing tools for my own process has supported me to find freedom and a lightness of spirit that allowed me to articulate my life’s calling.

Oh and I am also...
a recovering perfectionist, a messy human being, always at work improving myself, not much different than the home renos you do! I love to be right, have a highly evolved inner critic, a well-trained resistant ass (excuse the language but that is its name!), and I use a whole lot of humour when it comes to tough topics. It makes tough topics easier to swallow when I see them as learning opportunities and insert magical chuckles!
